 The Role
We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our Pre-Contracts Group, based in Perth. This pivotal role involves managing and coordinating tenders from receipt to submission, working closely with estimators, schedulers, and the Pre-Contracts Manager.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing win strategies for each opportunity, coordinating input from across the Pre-Contracts Group and the wider business to ensure submissions reflect RSGx’s capabilities and expertise.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate tender processes from start to finish.
• Develop and implement win strategies for project opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Estimators, Schedulers, and Business Development, to craft compelling submissions.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with RSGx’s high standards and showcases our expertise.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in tendering processes and outcomes.
• About You

 
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A background in a Pre-Contracts or Business Development environment within the technical services or contracting sectors (engineering, electrical, or mechanical services).
• Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to articulate success and capability within tender submissions.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
• The ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive outcomes.
• Experience in developing and delivering winning strategies for competitive tenders.
