About the Role
This Perth based role will mainly focus on delivering the design component of projects.
In this role you will:
Identify and understand scopes of work.
Prepare calculations and designs for design reports and CAD drafting to formal drawings.
Create designs for our projects – drawings, cable and termination schedules, drawing/equipment/instrument/IO lists.
Provide expertise to the project team, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
Resolve technical issues and deliver solutions to engineering challenges.
About you
10 years+ of Project Design experience on Mining projects.
Electrical, Control, Instrumentation and Communications design experience.
Ability to interpret and follow Client specifications and drawings.
In-depth knowledge of Australian Standards.
Strong AutoCAD capabilities, and Microstation experience.
Ability to write technical documents.
Demonstrated commitment to QA.
MS Office high level of proficiency
