The Position:
Due to continued growth, the RSGx team in Western Australia is seeking Electrical Project Engineers to join us in 2025. Primarily offered on a FIFO basis, you will play a key role in delivering Energy Transition Projects by:

• Providing engineering expertise to the project team, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
• Resolving technical issues and delivering solutions to engineering challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assisting in the implementation of QA/QC (quality assurance and quality control) procedures.
• Maintaining open and effective communication with all project stakeholders.
• Identifying and understanding the scope of work, supporting the supervisory team in its execution, including procurement.

Successful Candidates Will Possess
Essential:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in delivering high-voltage infrastructure projects.
• A minimum of 5 years of project engineering experience on major mining projects.
• Strong technical and construction capabilities.
• A demonstrated commitment to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality.
• In-depth knowledge of on-site construction, with training and experience in managing on-site safety and personnel issues.
• A strong focus on ensuring all project activities are performed safely.

Highly Desirable:

• The ability to interpret and follow design models and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of mining construction practices and procedures.
• Experience working on remote projects in a FIFO capacity.
