The Role
We are seeking a skilled HSE Advisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in the construction phase of a major infrastructure project. As part of this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to utilise your expertise in HSE while contributing to the growth and success of a groundbreaking project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute HSE documentation in accordance with project requirements and standards.
• Develop and own  Contractor Safety Management Systems
• Optimise HSE systems and assist Construction Team with safety related Activities and Responsibilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, inter-company staff, and subcontractors, to maintain effective communication and relationships.
• Provide training to client staff during the construction process and ensure competence in safety procedures.

The Right Candidate:

• HSE Advisor, with specific experience in infrastructure.
• Formal qualifications in Health, Safety and Environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster effective relationships and collaborate across teams.
• Solution-focused mindset
• Health & Safety Certificate/Degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Proficiency in report writing, basic computer skills, and familiarity with commissioning permit systems and isolation procedures.
