The Role We are currently seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator for a 3-month full-time contract based at our Burswood, Perth office. This role will be responsible for the onboarding and mobilisation of crew to an upcoming project. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project mobilisations and demobilisations
Manage end-to-end onboarding processes
Ensure compliance with training, licensing, and qualifications
Arrange travel and accommodation bookings
Support purchasing activities
Assist departments with ad hoc requirements
Perform general administrative duties
About You To succeed in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in administration within a project support setting
A current driver’s licence and reliable transport
Strong Microsoft Office and computer literacy skills
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and work well under pressure
Self-motivation and initiative in a fast-paced environment
