The Opportunity
 
 
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Site-Based Project Manager to join our Western Australian team, mid- January 2025. 
 
 
In this pivotal role, you will:
 

• Oversee project implementation, ensuring milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Manage budgets, monthly reporting, progress claims, and variations.
• Act as the primary client liaison, addressing needs and resolving issues effectively.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources for seamless project execution.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Oversee the installation of underground cabling and electrical works.

 
About You
We are looking for a reliable, results-driven professional with the following skills and qualifications:
 

• Proven experience managing complex projects in the energy, mining, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent planning, resource allocation, and team leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of underground cabling and electrical systems.
• WA Electrical Licence (preferred).
