RSGx are excited to announce we are working with Brisbane City Council on the Brisbane Metro project, and have been awarded the Adelaide Street tunnel electrical, ITS and PA installation works.
The new tunnel beneath Adelaide Street will unlock the city’s bus network, providing a dedicated connection from the South East Busway to the Inner Northern Busway for metro and bus services.
Our contract includes provision of project management, supervision, supply of materials, labour, temporary materials, plant, and equipment.
RSGx are also responsible for the detailed design & coordination, materials supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the works for the Adelaide Street tunnel as listed below:
- Project management.
- Emergency and general lighting.
- Security system.
- Emergency help devices.
- CCTV.
- Portal warning lights.
- Air monitoring system.
- Architectural lighting.
- Distribution Boards and ITS cabinets.
- UPS and battery chargers.
- Variable speed drives.
- Earthing and cable management.
